I found this on the DSTAR_Digital Yahoo Group in the files section. It was uploaded to there by Mark Miller, N5RFX. With his permission I have attached a copy.

Please post any comments or corrections. Mark is looking for input and I believe Mark will be checking here.

Mark corrected the document on 5/4/08.
